I have just finished close to a month of working for World Sport Group as one of their four official photographers covering the 32 matches that made the tournament, based out of Melbourne, then Newcastle and Sydney. From the four photographers almost 18000 images were uploaded, providing content for media outlets and sponsors as well as the official Asian Cup website. The following is a small selection of images from the final match played in front of a sell out crowd in Sydney, a fantastic atmosphere and a match full of drama with the last minute equaliser from Son Heung Min of Korea to send the game in to extra time and what was to be the match winning goal from James Troisi of Australia. All images from this match were shot with the Nikon D4S, and the following lenses: AF-S NIKKOR 400mm f2.8E FL ED VR, AF-S NIKKOR 70-200MM F/2.8G ED VR II and AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8G ED. Thanks to Jeremy Brown at NPS, and Nikon an official sponsor of the Asian Cup 2015.
